If you have installed Google or any other search tool bar, and is very little use for IE 7 in the search bar built, you can delete the search bar in Internet Explorer 7, with a small registration pinch.
Close IE 7. Open Regedit and navigate to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ InternetExplorer \ Infodelivery \ Restrictions
If you do not find the key, you have to create it.
To create, click Microsoft Carr and create a new key: InternetExplorer; next rt click Internet Explorer and create a new key: Infodelivery;
Finally, click rt Infodelivery and create a new key: Restrictions. Then click on rt Restrictions> Modify> DWORD new> value 1.
Close regedit. Please open IE 7.
Note that in this case, the address bar will be expanded to fill that space, and as such if it intends to relocate its Google Toolbar or other, with the intention to use the valuable real estate, you may not be able to do So, and then you can become an exercise in futility!
To make the search bar in Internet Explorer 7 show again, simply change the DWORD value to 0.
