Angry Birds Trilogy is Present on Nintendo Wii
The Angry Birds Trilogy will be present in the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo Wii U on August 13th, complementing the existing version is available at the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo 3DS.
Collections include disk-based Angry Birds, Angry Birds: Seasons and Angry Birds: Rio, i.e. the original mobile phone application which created video game developer Rovio.
The company has already released Angry Birds: Space, Angry Birds: Star Wars and spin-off Piggies Bad, as well as Angry Birds Friends for competitive gameplay sessions.
Rovio claimed that Angry Birds Trilogy will offer 140 hours of gameplay and 30 episodes on the discs, including some exclusive new levels.
Rovio also claims will feature 40 hours of “bonus” game, though this could just be included on the previous console releases.
Angry Birds fit for the Nintendo Wii and Wii U, given that both systems are aimed at the family and popular among young children.
The Wii Remote is also ideal to pull the Slingshot, while Wii U Gamepad will support touch-screen controls, gameplay-TV Exchange that lets users only on tablet-controllers and online leaderboards.
Rovio has recently launched an initiative called Rovio Stars, shifting its identity as a studio of video games to independent publishers, and launched a book called ‘ Hatching the universe: behind the scenes of the phenomenon ‘.
