Maintenance Message Reset Methods for Lexmark Optra C710, 720, 750 printers
Optra C710
- Enter the Configuration Menu by holding down the SELECT and RETURN buttons while powering on the printer until the display reads PERFORMING SELF TEST. After the self test the display will read CONFIG MENU
- Press the MENU button right or left until RESET FUSER COUNT appears
- Press the SELECT button to reset the count
Optra C720
- Enter the Diagnostic Menu for all resets by pressing the GO and RETURN buttons and turn the printer on
- Continue holding until PERFORMING SELF TEST is displayed
- Select RESET COUNTERS from the Diagnostic Menu
- Select the individual counter for reset and press the SELECT button
Optra C750
- Enter the Configuration Menu by holding down the SELECT and RETURN buttons while powering on the printer until the display reads PERFORMING SELF TEST. After the self test, the display will read CONFIG MENU
- Select individual reset for fuser or ITU kit
