  •  Login to yahoo messenger
  • Choose My Dispaly Image from Messenger menu or press key Ctrl+Shift+F8
  • Clicks select, choose a picture then click Ok
  • to display your Photos, select a picture from your Photos directory
  • Click Open the Ok
