How to Install and Activate Corel Draw X3
If you buy genuine version of Corel Draw X3 and your computer connect to internet connetions, its very easy to activate your Corel Draw X3 instalation. @HENZ, I suggest you to reinstall your corel draw, if it still does not work you should reinstall your windows. Note: installation code will appear after you enter the serial number

In windows 7, after installing, when trying to start Corel X3, I get a message that only an Administrator account (which I am), can start the program. No way to start the program in order to activate with the keygen.

I am using Corel 14, but after installation the various command botton was not active for eg. Save botton, cut botton etc. How to active bottons in Corel 14.

Syam: what you need to do is disable the control account in control panel, I did it on widows 7, I guess is the same on vista, once you do it and restart you can continue with the activation.
I said “control account” but I don’t know how it is in english, I use spanish.

for windows 7 Just open c:/ programfiles->corel->coreldraw->corel drwaw graphicsuite x3->program->coreldraw.exe.
and then just rightclick coreldraw.exe-> properties->compatibility and just check “run this program as administrator”. -> apply.

My question based on above line — I could’t understand “super user mode”. the problem is that coral get installed in windows 7 but doesnt run
But there will be a few problems using x3 with windows 7. Fonts won’t be placed within the documents – fontspanels are empty. Corel told, that the problem will be solved with patch2. But patch2 does’t install if x3 was installed with keygen – what now? Error-message: wrong serial number – and stop. Is there a solution for this problem? otherwise X3 doen’t use fonts on win7!

This work for fresh and after trial period ends.
First. DISCONNECT ur internet – coz the software will try to detect internet connection.
Launch CDR 13 then u will get like the pict no 2 above. Click “Already Purchase”
Then u get pic No 3. > Now open the Keygen.
Use new SerialKey from keygen and enter into the box, then click “Phone Corel”
This will bring the Pic no 4.
Now copy OR type the Installation code into the KEYGEN without “-” symbol. just alphanumeric. then click activate on keygen, that should give u the activation code.
Copy the activation from keygen to pict. no 4.

do it like Fz says, it’s work. First time I do it, it’s failed, then I try again and try again. After four times it’s done. I use Win XP SP3 for my Operating System.

I had the same problem ’cause I had used all of my trial days. So just go to the date settings of your computer and chance it back in time! Take a day you are sure that coreldraw was working! Then I did a re-instal (don’t think a re-install is necessary) and coreldraw said that I had 2 trial days left! so i followed the steps above and now I have the full version! When I did all of this, I just changed the date of my pc back to the correct date and I works, no problem!

corel x3 works perfectly on windows 7. to remove “log in from administrator-level account” – right click on corel x3 icon > Properties > Compatibility > Privilege Level > tick on run this program as administrator and thats it. go ahead as above suggested.

i have to keep keygen open to get the installation code. But after installation starts it closes down… so i have to uninstall and try again. keeps doing the same thing. Windows 7, and I did disable McAfee antivirus.

go to control panel, click programs made 4 previous version of windows.. Click next. Click corelDRW.
IF u cant see, click not listed .go to program files,corel,coreldraw suite13, then pick corelDRW. Nothing is impossible
