Skype 4.0 for Windows users Available for Downloading

Skype is a popular VOIP application. After a fairly long beta version which was introduced in June last year, since February 3, 2009 Skype 4.0 available for Windows users. Skype 4.0 brings to users full-screen video calling, better call quality and more user friendly. This latest version also features a bandwidth for optimizing voice and image quality, and also to improve the instant messaging applications.
