- Run Adjustment Program by clicking “AdjProg.exe”.
- Select Accept
- Select Particular adjustment mode
- Select “Waste ink pad counter – OK
- Click Initialization to reset current protection counter to “Zero”.
- Turn off printer and turn on again.

Dear Sir!! I m Using Epson Photo Stylus 1390..Bt Im having a result problem! Actually I m a Graphix Designer and When I design something on COREL DRAW or MACROMEDIA FREEHAND, and when i want a print a that file, the colours always changes, bt it works ok when i give a print frm Adobe Photoshop!!

@Nashit, Possibility the problem is in your printer settings when you print the file. Try again you check your printer settings when printing using the software.

nashit the problem can be because of the color mode of the page as well. bcoz in corel draw u have cmyk mode, while in adobe photoshop u have basically RGB mode.

@Nashit I Face the same Problem.It is bcoz corel drawn uses different color Profiles which become faulty when sent to printer Driver. Unfortunately the only solution is switch 2 corel draw X4(Newer Version is compulsory) and Separately download and add the ICM profiles.

i always get the “error: communication error! Error code : 20000010″
could someone help me? it seem that the program can not communicate with the printer. but if u check through devices>printers> the printer status is ready.
how to make the program able to communicate with the printers?
i choose “connection” and then try all option starting from Auto selection, USB 001 and USB 002, but still get the wrong messages.

for Error Code: 20000010 or 20000011
1. Make sure you have your printer connected directly to the computer using a USB cable.
Note: The reset utility will not work over a network connection
2. If you are trying to run the utility on Vista or Windows 7 it often will not work. You may need to run the utility in compatiblity mode.
The solution is as follows:
Download the Adjustment utility as you would normally and set your systems date/time as required by the instructions
Right click on the “Adjprog” and select “Properties“
Choose “compatibility” and select “windows xp“.
Find and select “Run as Administrator” (if you have this option)
Click OK at the bottom
