i have a problem with the your resetter program i am using shipping setting & the power off
so my printer is continue head movement & the software show me the printer is printing
i am in big trouble please help me for on my printer

for Error Code: 20000010 or 20000011
1. Make sure you have your printer connected directly to the computer using a USB cable.
Note: The reset utility will not work over a network connection
2. If you are trying to run the utility on Vista or Windows 7 it often will not work. You may need to run the utility in compatiblity mode.

The solution is as follows:
Download the Adjustment utility as you would normally and set your systems date/time as required by the instructions
Right click on the “Adjprog” and select “Properties“
Choose “compatibility” and select “windows xp“.
Find and select “Run as Administrator” (if you have this option)
Click OK at the bottom

I got….. I got….. actual colours in corel application when i use EPSON STYLUS 1390 without any problem & i am free from resetter problem……… thaks …

i always get the “error: communication error! Error code : 20000010″
could someone help me? it seem that the program can not communicate with the printer. but if u check through devices>printers> the printer status is ready.

how to make the program able to communicate with the printers?
i choose “connection” and then try all option starting from Auto selection, USB 001 and USB 002, but still get the wrong messages.

Please help me.
