A. Reset HP Color LaserJet 4500-4550 Printers
Transfer Kit Reset
- Press the MENU button until the RESETS MENU is displayed
- Press the ITEM button until TRANSFER KIT SELECT IF DONE is displayed
- Press the SELECT button
Fuser Kit Reset
- Press the MENU button until the RESETS MENU is displayed
- Press the ITEM buton until FUSER KIT SELECT IF DONE is displayed
- Press the SELECT button
- Press the GO button to return to READY
B. Reset HP Color LaserJet 4600 Printer
Image Transfer Kit (Etb) Reset
- After Maintenance is performed, the display should read NEW TRANSFER KIT = Press the down arrow to highlight YES
- then press the CHECK button to reset Or enter CONFIGURE DEVICE in menus,
- choose NEW TRANSFER KIT and select
- choose RESETS then RESET SUPPLIES

- Press the SELECT button to reset
- Press the GO button to return to READY

Ich habe bei meinem HP-Drucker Color LaserJet 4500 das Transferband plus Transferwalze ersetzt. Konnte dann anschließend den Drucker nicht mehr rücksetzen. In der Beschreibung müßte die Meldung >NEU. TRANSF. DANN AUSWAHL< kommen. Bei meinem Drucker ist das nicht der Fall???
I have an HP8550dn color printer. The fuser drum has recently been replaced with brand new however, the fuser did not reset so not it will not function at all saying drum life out. I cannot reset it through the resets menu. What else can I do except install another Drum?
