On windows 7 you can <strong>disable automatic update<\/strong> from \u201cWindows Update\u201d section in \u201cSystem and Security\u201d.<\/p> <p><!--more--><strong>To Disable Automatic Update on Windows 7 follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p> <ol> <li>Open control panel (click start orb then click control panel).
