AOMEI Backupper in 2016

Introduction

Last year, we published an article about AOMEI Backupper. I still remember it is 2.5 version. Nowadays, AOMEI Backupper has already been updated to 3.2 with many new functions. So I think it is time to write an new article to introduce this simplest free PC backupper to our readers.

In last article, we know it is a full scale Windows backup software. Now in its Backup interface it added a new function called File Sync. It is designed to synchronize and back up files which are stored in desktop, laptop or external storage device.Email, digital photos, MP3, etc, all they can be synchronized and backed up to other place simply.

What’s new in AOMEI Backupper 3.2?

From 2.5 to 3.2, AOMEI Backupper has changed a lot. It supports multiple languages now: not only English, but also French, German, Japanese and Chinese. You can choose a language when you install it. The new AOMEI Backupper added 4 kinds of backup schemes: they are full backup scheme, incremental backup scheme, differential backup scheme and automatic space management. AOMEI Backupper is also a clone software, clone OS to SSD is easy and safe with it. Today it even supports command line clone and command line restore. About hardware support, it supports 4K monitor. It enhanced PXE boot tool, which is able to deploy a WIM image file. Other changes and updates please refer to changelog page on AOMEI Backupper’s official page.

Looking forward

It is said that AOMEI Backupper will add backup to cloud and centralized backup management in 2016. Backup software is a necessary tool for almost every computer users. For common people, backup freeware – AOMEI Backupper Standard is enough to use. If you want to use it for business or commercial, please try its advanced editions. For example, Server Edition for Windows Server backup, Technician Edition for a whole company.
