@Suma, it seem Chip give some license to everyone. but “PROXMA-CHIP-2011” serial work on my computer. I use zemana antilogger version 1.9.2.510 and installed the software in windows 7 home edition.
If the license still doesnot work, try using installer Zemana Anti logger from the promo: http://download2.pro.de/files/download/promot/antiLogger_1.9.2.504.exe

This is a response from Zemana support that I received.
this promo was planned exclusively for our users in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. But as you know sometimes the Web is faster even than the developers and so this version was spread in the Web without our agreement (and in fact without a working key). So unfortunately this key does not work for your country, therefore the error was displayed.
