DVD Copying – Best Practise

If you need to copy 5-1000 DVDs and you want the ultimate in professional finishes, you need Duplication Centre.

Having served the likes of BMW, Vodafone, Aviva and more since launching in 2004, and with 50% of clients made up of repeat business, Duplication Centre has established itself as a market leader built on brand values of high-quality, customer service, fast turnaround and, of course, price. So if you need your DVDs turned around in a hurry and you need to know they’ll work perfectly, then Duplication Centre has the answer.

Using only Sony Professional discs, rather than cheap imitations that can easily scratch, Duplication Centre produces up to 1000 copies of your DVD with supremely fast turnaround times. Beyond 1000 discs, sister company the Replication Centre takes over to offer even greater savings.

DVD Copying – Best Practise

Sleep Well, the Discs are Coming

You’ll get a dedicated Duplication Manager you can phone at any time of the day or night and, once complete, your discs will be dispatched by tracked courier that guarantees next-day delivery on the UK mainland. You can order, upload artwork and track the whole process online and Duplication Centre’s early adoption of Smart Workflow means we can offer you a better, more efficient service.

Artwork and printing is critical to the finished look of your DVD and Duplication centre’s reputation in this respect is unrivalled. It uses the highest quality Xerox machines to print directly on the disc and will not use lesser thermal, litho or offset printing techniques as these methods simply do not give the repro quality of the full-colour print process. Some printing houses recommend printing on labels, too, before sticking them to the disc. Duplication Centre will not do this, because the printed surface can end up looking grainy and there can be variations from disc to disc that simply aren’t acceptable.

Best Practice

Instead Duplication Centre uses Xerox’s R-Quest digital processes to print directly to the disc. So if you want simple black lettering you can be sure they’ll come out razor sharp. Photographs will come out clean and sharp, rather than dull and blurred, and a full-colour design will leap off the disc with a vibrant, bright finish thanks to 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution, as much as the human eye can take in!

You can upload Photoshop, Corel Draw, image files and others direct to our dedicated FTP servers, or you can take advantage of our investment and save yourself money on the design side with our online Artwork Creator tool that allows a total design novice to come up with a slick looking disc in mere minutes.

A Final Touch of Polish

After the printing is finished, Duplication Centre applies a fine, professional lacquer to each disc that protects the colours and makes them pop to give a vibrant finished product that would not look out of place in the high street stores.

Then you just need to think about the packaging. We can provide simple DVD wraps, Nexpak branded CD cases with printed inlays or traditional DVD cases with a full wrap and insert booklet. The choice is yours, but with every option you can be sure of a professionally printed product that will show your company or service in the best possible light. It will be sharply printed in full colour, professionally gate-folded and guillotined and even cellowrapped for the ultimate finish if you so require.
