  2. Question- How do you enter to service mode with MPXXX printers? Just wondering because my printer is making me crazy.

  3. Cons says:

tried everything shown to clear E5 on my mp140 no joy, i have now fitted new cannon cartridge black as the one i use most still to no avail

Canon might think all this very clever but are they stupid ? not thinking of future?. i and thousands of others will never buy from them again. control freaks egotistical greedy *^”!¬^*

  5. pissedoff says:

The first time that I refilled my cartridges everything was fine. now this time the cartridges are not fine cause they have not been reset. Canon sucks because they want us to have to buy new cartridges. They should sell refill kits and make their money there. bastards.

  6. Sue says:

I hate the error messages that won’t allow greyscale printing unless all colour cartridges are also full. As a uni student with a whole lot of printing, I need to know my printer is going to deliver and Canon does not.

I totally agree with geostorm – Canon might think they’re smart but they suck. I will never buy another Canon printer because that kind of unscrupulous money grabbing approach doesn’t at all inspire consumer confidence in me. It’s obvious their focus is on extracting as much cash as possible from their customers and NOT on customer service and quality of product.
